You may have noticed that we are falling in love again with the old wines of Italy. To celebrate this we have decided to bring back some classic Italian wine that once adorned the tables of dimly lit restaurants or was consumed in their masses at dinner parties up and down the country.
 
In truth these true icon wines never disappeared they just hid in the background and got better and better. Join us for our May tasting and sample Verdicchio, Soave Classico, Prosecco, Bardolino, Montepulciano and Chianti (unfortunately we couldn't find one wrapped in a wicker basket!) We will be offering another wonderful three course dinner menu with some classic Italian dishes such as Tuscan bean and pasta soup and
Ossobuco (slow cooked shin of veal in white wine with tomatoes)
 
 
Our wine tasting evenings are very popular so book early to avoid dissapointment!
